Terms of Service - FlashMesh

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the FlashMesh Desktop Application or Web Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FlashMesh is a tool provided "as-is" for personal and professional data management.

2. The Mesh Service

FlashMesh facilitates the encryption and distribution of your data across third-party storage providers (Google Drive/Dropbox). FlashMesh is NOT a storage provider itself. You are responsible for maintaining your accounts with these third-party services.

3. User Responsibility & Encryption Keys

You are solely responsible for the security of your device and your Master Password.

Warning: FlashMesh does not store your passwords or keys. If you lose access to your Master Password, all data stored in the Mesh becomes permanently unrecoverable.

4. Prohibited Content

While FlashMesh utilizes end-to-end encryption, it is expected that users comply with their local laws and the policies of their cloud providers. FlashMesh cannot be held liable for the type of content you choose to store or share via the mesh.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elevanix FlashMesh Team shall not be liable for any data loss, account suspension by third-party providers, or system failures resulting from the use of this software.
